We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of mind

You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. You pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us first at walmeir.ch@gmail.com.

Defective or wrong items

If the product is defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases we cover the return shipping and will repair, replace or refund the item according to Swiss law (2-year warranty).
